EBSCOed with Schoology Learning

EBSCOed collaborates with PowerSchool to integrate Schoology Learning, PowerSchool’s learning management system. By collaborating with PowerSchool, users can more easily access resources from within PowerSchool, as well as send resources to Schoology Learning from EBSCOed.

Getting Connected

In your Schoology dashboard, follow these instructions:

1. Click the App Center icon, then select App Center.

2. Select EBSCOed to install (click the app's name to read an in-depth overview).

3. Click Install App.

4. Check the box of each course or group of the desired installation.

 

Once the app is intalled:

Send your Schoology API Keys, Secret and Schoology Domain URL to [email protected]. You can find your Consumer API Key and Secret by going to: School Management > Integrations > API as shown in the screenshot below.

Accessing Schoology via EBSCOed

 

Once on the EBSCOed homepage, click the "Login" button:

Log in with your Schoology credentials:

EBSCOed will then prompt you to Approve authentication:

You will then be taken to your Schoology dashboard.

 

 

Accessing EBSCOed via Schoology

 

Login to your Schoology account:

On your account dashboard, select the course you wish to access:

Once in the selected course, an "EBSCOed" tab will appear in the right-hand column:

EBSCOed will then prompt you to approve authentication:

The EBSCOed homepage will then load within Schoology:
